I attended Southern Oregon University focusing on my Physical Education/Teaching degree.  When I graduated in 1997 with my Bachelor degree in Health Promotion/Fitness Management the idea of practicing Massage Therapy was weighing heavy on my mind.  After a few years of substitute teaching, I returned to Rogue Community College and received my Massage Therapy Certificate in 2001. In the fall of 2001, I opened Bodyworks, LLC.  Over the years our team of therapists has changed, but the foundation of Bodyworks has always stayed the same.  Customer service has always come first.  Giving a good massage comes from your heart and your hands.  I feel I am lucky to say I love my job and all of the people I work with.  I focus on a therapeutic style of massage using Deep Tissue and Trigger Point therapy, Massage Cupping, Gua Sha, CranioSacral Therapy, Reiki, and Myofascial Techniques.  I also have training in Ashiatsu, Hot Stone Therapy, Reflexology and Medical Massage.  I have extensive experience working with Motor Vehicle Accident injuries and work closely with Doctors, Physical Therapists, Chiropractors, and FNP’s to further promote my clients well being. In the past years, I was named as one of the top Massage Therapists in Southern Oregon by readers of the Sneak Preview.  Thank you Southern Oregon for using Bodyworks & Body~n~Balance as a preventative part of your health care.

Danie Ceremony, LMT #9122I’ve lived in the Rogue Valley for most of my life, and I truly love it here. I’ve been married for over 38 years to an amazing man and am the proud mother of two wonderful daughters.  I also have 3 incredble Grandchildren as well.
My journey into massage therapy began after a car accident in 1999, when I experienced the healing power of massage firsthand during my rehabilitation. That experience sparked a passion, and in 2002, I became a licensed massage therapist.
Since then, I’ve worked in a variety of clinical settings—including chiropractic offices and wellness practices—where I’ve gained extensive experience treating motor vehicle accident injuries and chronic pain conditions. My massage work is 99% therapeutic, blending deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, cupping, Gua Sha, craniosacral therapy, and more. I’m also trained in pre-natal and medical massage. I believe everybody has the potential to heal, and there’s a key to every lock—we just need to find it. That belief drives me to continually learn and evolve so I can walk alongside each client in their healing journey.

Please note: I am not currently accepting new clients. Feel free to schedule with one of our skilled therapists

Chelsea Biundo, LMT #
Looking back, massage was a part of my life as far as I can remember. Both my parents utilized their own intuitive bodywork for daily aches and pains of childhood. This instilled a love and instinct of healing touch.  As an adult, I found the Massage Therapy program while attending college in Eugene.  I began working here at Bodyworks in 2006 after returning home.

I believe a lot of massage therapists give the massage they like to receive, and this is true for me.  I appreciate all the benefits of deeper bodywork, but also enjoy a nice relaxing one.  My answer to that is Therapeutic Relaxation.  It offers the body a relaxing touch, while still with the intention of engaging into deeper levels of muscle tissue, all within your comfort level.  This is not the old, "no pain, no gain" mentality.  More of a covert ninja deep tissue.

What I love about massage therapy as a profession is that after almost two decades inthe industry, there is always more to learn.  With continuing education, I have gained extensive knowledge in deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial, prenatal, hot stone, gua sha, and massage cupping. I have years of experience dealing with motor vehicle accident injuries.  I have been able to work closely with doctors, physical therapists, chiropractors, and FNP as part of your healthcare team to promote rehabilitation and recovery after injury.  I am also in charge of all out going chair massage scheduling and taking care of the appearances at health fairs and other events.

Please contact me with any questions!

Jessica Harrison, LMT #22496

I received my massage training through Rogue Community College in 2015, and now bring nearly a decade of hands-on experience to my work. Through those years, I have consistently lead with a curiosity and desire to continue learning and growing as a massage therapist in order to better serve my clients.

While each massage is tailored to the unique individual, my signature style is a relaxing therapeutic experience. I work with the body to identify areas that need support and use a variety of tools, including trigger point therapy, therapeutic cupping, Gua Sha, and deep tissue, to help provide relief to my clients. I incorporate energy work in my massages as well, and received my Reiki Master Certification in 2022. I have seen firsthand the power of massage as a preventative maintenance tool and I am constantly in awe the body’s ability to heal.

While massage is a huge passion of mine, I also received my bachelors degree in English Literature from Binghamton University in New York, where I grew up, and returned to Rogue Community College in 2022 to get additional training in the field of addictions and mental health. I currently work full-time in a nonprofit mental health agency, helping to support individuals with mental health diagnoses find and maintain jobs in our community.

My heart has always been as a helper, and I am so glad that massage has been part of my journey.

I am not taking new clients at this time, but I'm happy to help you find another skilled therapist.

Using my hands to solve a problem is something I have always enjoyed. I love the ability to mold and shape something, the connection to the rest of the world in that way is something special. I graduated from Rogue Community College in 2019 with my Massage Therapy License with the goal of sharing my passion to learn and connect with people in that way. Being able to help others is something I don’t think I will ever be able to fully wrap my head around. Listening to what each client needs is a puzzle that I look forward to solving and working with each individual in their own unique way. I specialize in Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, and Swedish Massage. Giving each client a way to alleviate pain and move forward together in a positive manner is something I pride myself in and look forward to.
